Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 20 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging—exactly as you received them.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Limited-edition or made-to-order products
- Items marked as "Non-Refundable" on the product page
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, send us an email at info@loomeraa.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Which item(s) you'd like to return
- A brief reason for the return
Our team will respond with return instructions and the shipping address within one business day.
Condition Requirements
Returned products must be unused with all original tags and labels intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, wear and tear, or alteration.
We understand that inspecting an item is different from using it. Feel free to try items on or examine them, but please ensure they remain in sellable condition.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exception: Our error
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, we'll provide a prepaid return label and cover all shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 10–14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@loomeraa.com.
Please include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item along with its packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before it ships. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation isn't guaranteed and our standard return terms will apply.
